    Flights are not included, giving you the flexibility to travel from wherever suits you.

  • LAND Terms & Conditions

    1. Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions form the basis of your contract with Land (“we”, “us”, “our”). By

    booking a Land journey, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

    Land designs and delivers curated travel experiences, which may include accommodation, dining,

    tastings, cultural activities, workshops, and private transfers.

    Each itinerary is tailored and confirmed individually upon booking.


    2. Your Contract with Us

    A binding contract is formed when we confirm your booking in writing and receive the required

    deposit or full payment.

    The lead traveller is responsible for ensuring all details provided at the time of booking are accurate

    and that all members of the booking accept these Terms & Conditions.


    3. Booking and Payment

    A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance must be paid by the date stated on your

    invoice.


    If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and apply

    cancellation charges as set out in Section 6.


    Prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change prior to booking

    confirmation.


    4. Travel Requirements

    It is your responsibility to ensure that all travellers have valid passports, visas, insurance, and any

    other required travel documentation.


    We are not responsible for any issues arising from failure to comply with entry requirements for the

    destination.


    5. Changes to Your Booking (by You)

    Any request to amend a confirmed booking must be made in writing.We will always try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability. Any costs incurred

    by suppliers as a result of changes will be passed on to you.

    An administration fee may apply.


    6. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect on the date received by us.

    Cancellation charges are applied as follows:

    • More than 60 days before arrival: deposit retained

    • 60–30 days before arrival: 50% of total booking value

    • 30–14 days before arrival: 75% of total booking value

    • Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of total booking value

    No refunds are provided for unused services once the journey has commenced.

    We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.


    7. Changes or Cancellation by Land

    We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary where necessary.

    In the rare event that we must make a significant change or cancel your booking, we will offer an

    alternative itinerary of comparable standard or a full refund.

    We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control

    (including but not limited to weather, natural events, strikes, or supplier failure).


    8. Liability

    We take reasonable care in selecting our suppliers and partners. However, Land acts as an organiser

    of experiences and is not liable for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers.

    Our total liability shall not exceed the total cost of your booking, except where liability cannot

    legally be limited.


    9. Personal Conduct

    We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if a guest behaves in a way that is

    disruptive, unsafe, or causes distress to other guests, staff, or partners.10. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be
